Monica Vaksdal
Monica Vaksdal has a key focus on making a difference for companies within fields of business development, strategy, commercialization and market, and tech and innovation. She previously held CEO positions at Kaifa AS, and Mitta Oy and is the founder and former CEO of Think Outside AS. As an experienced leader, she brings with her board and advisory board experience from different industries and company sizes.

Utel’s current CEO, Frode Gorseth, will stay on to continue to work more with product development and sales - serving as the link between our customers and the development team by translating customer needs into technological solutions.
Vaksdal will officially assume her CEO position at Utel on September 1, 2024.
